What the official process covers

The eFNS guidance describes an application to endorse a non-Kenyan passport to indicate Kenyan citizenship. It identifies Form 4 and says endorsement is voluntary; applicants should establish whether their foreign passport issuer allows it. It lists identity, citizenship, birth, photographic and police-clearance records and presentation at immigration headquarters. [S13]
