RENEZ EXTREME CONSULTANCY is the business registered to Irene Wangari Maina. This notice explains the handling of personal information for our enquiries and agreed application-support services. Contact us through the published contact channel or registered address with a privacy question.
Information and purpose
We request contact details and a brief case description to respond to an enquiry. For an agreed service, the information needed can include identity, family, citizenship, immigration, employment, business or tax-related records. We request information relevant to the task and explain its purpose. Do not send account passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary records.
Lawful handling and necessary sharing
Processing must have an applicable lawful basis, such as responding to a requested service, performing an agreed engagement, complying with legal obligations or valid consent where required. Information may need to be shared with the relevant government service and specifically engaged professional or service providers for the agreed task. Marketing permission must be separate and optional.
Document security and retention
Before sharing sensitive documents, ask for the agreed channel and who will access them. We should retain information only for the service purpose and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements, then securely delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. Ask for the retention period applicable to your file. We must explain any cloud or cross-border handling and the relevant safeguards before using it.
Your questions and rights
You may ask about your information, request access or correction and raise an objection or other applicable privacy request. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. You may also raise concerns with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. The applicable rights and principles are explained by ODPC. [S43]
