Class D employment permit application support
Prepare Class D employment permit records with RENEZ, including employer information, qualifications, understudy documents and application next steps.
An employment application involves the employer as well as the individual. RENEZ EXTREME CONSULTANCY helps organise the role, sponsor documents and supporting evidence so that the proposed application can be reviewed clearly before filing.
The published Class D route
eFNS describes specific employment with a specific employer and skills or qualifications not available in Kenya, with benefit to Kenya. Its requirements include Form 25, employer cover letters, passport and photos, current and previous status records, certified qualifications, CV, Kenyan understudy details and records, relevant clearance, employer registration and tax-compliance information, plus Form 27. Confirm the current route and checklist. [S15]
Employer preparation
Agree who will supply the role description, company records, supporting letters and any understudy information. Identify inconsistent job titles or unexplained changes before submission. We help organise genuine information; we do not create recruitment evidence or invent a sponsor justification.
New cases and renewals
We help identify the relevant preparation list for the agreed case and record upcoming immigration dates. A renewal file should reflect the actual employment position. A new employer, changed role or adverse decision needs a specific review rather than an automatic reuse of old documents.
FAQs
Can an employee file without employer cooperation?
The published route requires employer-related information. Discuss sponsor responsibilities before paying for preparation.
Will a job offer guarantee a permit?
No. The government considers the route's requirements and decides the application.
Can RENEZ certify my qualifications?
Any certification required must be performed by an authorised person or institution. We can help identify the requested step.
Note: Support does not replace employer obligations or authorise work while an application is pending.
