Terms for application-support services
Understand RENEZ's proposed application-support scope, client responsibilities, separate fees, government decisions, cancellation and service queries.
RENEZ EXTREME CONSULTANCY provides independent preparation and application-support services within an agreed written scope. These terms explain the proposed engagement framework; the quotation and accepted service agreement identify the work for your case.
Scope and responsibilities
Our role
Support can include explaining published processes, organising records and preparing information for your review. Submission or follow-up assistance is included only where agreed and permitted. We do not issue government documents, determine nationality, provide an unverified regulated professional service or guarantee a result.
Your role
Provide accurate, genuine and complete information, review application facts before submission and complete personal identity, attendance, biometric, signature and other official steps. Tell us promptly about changed facts, approaching dates and official messages. Keep account credentials private.
Fees and changes
The accepted quotation identifies consultancy charges, payment stages and exclusions. Government and third-party costs are separate and follow their providers’ rules. Any change to consultancy scope or charge should be agreed before additional work begins. Do not make unofficial payments or accept claims of government influence.
Timing, cancellation and complaints
Government decisions, appointments and processing are outside our control. Consultancy preparation estimates are not official deadlines. If you wish to cancel, contact us promptly; the agreed cancellation terms should address completed work, unperformed work and third-party commitments, subject to applicable rights. Raise a service concern through the published contact channel, with the quotation or reference and the issue you want addressed. No fixed response time is represented unless separately agreed.
Website information and professional advice
Website information is general, reviewed guidance. Current law and official instructions prevail. Complex legal, tax, ownership, status or dispute questions may require a separately engaged qualified professional. These terms should not be read as removing rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
FAQs
Does an enquiry authorise an application?
No. An engagement and any required submission authority must be agreed.
Is refusal proof that my consultancy fee is refunded?
The agreed work and cancellation/refund terms apply, subject to your rights. Government fees follow official rules; no outcome-based refund should be assumed.
Note: No approval promise or clause excluding mandatory consumer rights.
