How RENEZ application support works

Understand RENEZ's application-support process, from initial enquiry and a written scope to document preparation, official filing and agreed follow-up.

The first goal is clarity: the task, the documents, the support you want and the steps that remain yours. RENEZ EXTREME CONSULTANCY explains the proposed work before you decide to engage us.

Step 1: Describe your situation

Tell us the service, current country, relevant document status and any deadline. Start with a summary rather than passwords or a full identity-document bundle. We identify the initial information needed to discuss the support.

Step 2: Agree the scope and quotation

Ask for the work included, exclusions, consultancy charge, official and third-party fee treatment, payment stages and cancellation terms. A discussion does not itself create authority to submit an application for you.

Step 3: Organise the documents

Use the agreed document channel. We help prepare an inventory, record missing items and identify differences across records. You obtain genuine documents and any required professional certification or sworn statement.

Step 4: Review and use the official process

Review every factual statement before submission. Follow the relevant portal, payment, original-document, appointment and personal-attendance instructions. Where submission assistance is agreed and allowed, it is based on your authorisation and the official procedure.

Step 5: Record the next steps

Keep official references, receipts, messages and issued documents. Agree any monitoring, response preparation or renewal support separately. Read and observe the conditions on the document issued.

Frequently asked questions

What if my case needs legal or tax advice?

We explain the limit of the support scope and identify the need for an appropriate professional engagement.

Will you promise an approval date?

No. A consultancy work estimate is different from the government's decision or completion date.

Start with a short enquiry about your application.

Note: You can apply directly to government services. RENEZ is optional independent support.
